In today's video, I want to give a shout out to an amazing woman! Why I Love Spirit Junkie Gabby Bernstein.

I recently attended Gabby's book launch in Los Angeles and wanted to take a moment here on my YouTube channel to talk about how inspirational she is to so many people!

She gives you hope and helps you to connect with yourself in a deeper way. Gabby has overcome addictions, depression and other life problems. So many of us can relate to her because she gets how difficult life can be. She's been there! 

My husband joined me at the event and was skeptical at first. By the end of her two-hour talk, he understood her message loud and clear and is now starting to implement her teachings into his own life!

Gabby really makes you think and has made a big difference in my world from the first day I watched one of her videos! Her book Super Attractor is my daily bible. I read a little bit each day to keep me focused on being the best I can be.

Ultimate Dating Advice After a Divorce

Leaving a marriage is one of the hardest things you will ever have to deal with but it doesn't mean your life is over or that you will never find love again.

Divorce can take a huge toll on your self-esteem and keep you guarded and angry for a long time. 

Do you really want your Ex to have that much control over you after your breakup? It's time to re-invent yourself! 

There is a reason things didn't work out in your relationship because there is a new and better path meant for you ahead. It's not going to be all rainbows and unicorns for the first 6 months, but things will improve when you make the effort to be positive when comprehending the reasons things dissolved in your partnership. It takes two people to make or break a relationship so try not to be jaded that it is all the fault of your Ex.

"I'm too scared to date! Who is going to want me?"

There is someone special out there, you just have to open your heart up again. (This is also single parent dating advice, love can happen again for you too! Date someone who also has children so they understand!) 

Don't be afraid to put yourself out there again, it's worth it to try! Do you really think that your Ex is the only person you can love in one lifetime? NOT! Let yourself be a little vulnerable by letting down your walls so you have the chance to end up in a healthier partnership that could be much better suited for you. 

Do not view divorce as a failure!

Sometimes relationships just run their course and a couple falls out of love or becomes bored or complacent and gives up trying to make it work anymore. Whatever the scenario was that ended your marriage, take some time to evaluate those learned lessons.

Get out of your routine and take some time to be around other people who are more compatible with whom you are today. It's not just your Ex that has changed, you are probably not the same person you were when you were first married years ago.

We as humans are all continually evolving, but we don't always grow in the same direction as our spouse. It is up to the couple to stay connected and communicative in their partnership.

Unfortunately, you can't make someone stay in love with you if their heart has moved on. It's tough to understand when it isn't a mutual decision but eventually, you will both be in a much happier place, than faking you're in a loving marriage that has obviously taken a new direction.

Dating has changed a lot in the last 10 years but ultimately we are all looking for someone to share our lives with. Yes, I know, there are people out there that are just in it for the sex, but they are pretty easy to pick out on the dating sites or even on a first date. They just can't help themselves in making sex a conversation priority! That is the first red flag!

If you are looking for a committed partnership do not sleep with someone right away! If they move on quickly then you have your answer as to what they are looking for! 

Get out with friends as often as possible, start a new hobby, take a course or join some meetup groups that offer mingling scenarios. The best thing you can do to get ready to date again after a divorce is to get back your self-esteem and rebuild your confidence! This can happen by diversifying your life on a regular basis.

The more you put yourself out there, the bigger the chance you will have of meeting some new friends and eventually be open to receiving a romantic partner into your life.  Love happens at every age and I know this to be true because I am one of those people who found love again after a long divorce. Always keep your heart open. <3 p="">

Today’s Topic Is: Stop Dating Bad Boys – Nice Guys Rock!

Are you continually attracted only to men that are hot and unavailable? Has this become a dating pattern that is full of drama and making you feel sad, lonely and insecure?

Why take the hard road in any relationship? It is time to meet someone who has substance and puts you first. Vancouver's dating reputation is still a problem but it doesn't have to be! 

• Wouldn’t it be great to meet a guy in this city who actually says what he means?
• How awesome would it be to meet men who respect you and have no problem communicating how they feel towards you? 
• How nice would it be to know where you stand with a man you are dating because there are no guessing games?

Of course, we need to have chemistry with our partner, but why are so many people in Vancouver attracted to someone who is "not really into them" long term? We KNOW when a relationship is on the right path but we let “sexual lust” put us in denial mode!

When you are with the right person things flow smoothly for the most part. There are very few games, not a lot of questions and no one is controlling the relationship. There is no push and pull because there is a mutual love and respect for each other.

There is no ego or power struggle. It’s a healthy scenario!

Don’t be mad at yourself if you occasionally get sucked into the bad boy arena, after all, they are so good at what they do!

They have had a lot of practice enticing the ladies with their sexual charm and it’s not always easy to resist. Once women stop falling for this forbidden fruit, their dating life will improve a lot!

This isn’t just a problem with women and there are plenty of men who have been lured into the web of high maintenance bad girls as well. 

The trick is to understand when someone is truly in your life because they really care about you. They are not there to use you as a trophy date, a booty call, or they are just interested in your wallet!

Love doesn’t have to be difficult when you have your self-worth in a respectful place. Nice guys and nice girls make the best life partners.

Vancouver Singles Spring Event: Matching Guided by Science & Your Sense

What are the two most talked about things between men and women in Vancouver? 

1. The weather!
2. How bad it is to date here!

We need to change this thinking because that's not what people in this beautiful city want to talk about. There seems to be a block with human communication in Vancouver but that shouldn't be the case. Yes, we can't do too much about the rain and lack of sunshine but we can do something about how we interact with each other in Vancouver.

So What is DNA Romance All About?

Vancouver, BC -- Local dating app, DNA Romance (http://www.dnaromance.com), aired on the season premiere of Dragons’ Den on September 28th and has key new developments that the Dragons failed to predict since it recorded the episode on Sept 2017.

"Chemical attraction is the natural radar for dating compatibility, but online dating platforms fail to measure this major component in human attraction," says Dr. Timothy Sexton, a co-founder of DNA Romance.

Based on the furnished data, the app will decipher the crucial elements behind chemistry and compatibility for that particular person, and then present the report to other compatible members in their secure online account.

Essentially, DNA romance translates the understanding from this research into the prediction of chemistry with other singles who are using DNA Romance - and will spare you from endless awkward dates and bad relationships!

DNA Romance’s newest personality-matching feature now works the DNA data component in conjunction with their Myers-Briggs personality type to provide improved predictions of compatibility for a loving relationship.
